WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?
We do our best to process and ship your order as fast as possible, usually 2-5 business days processing time. During holidays, this may be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out 🚀
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders ship out of our warehouse facility from sunny Los Angeles. Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed. Here is a timeline of when you can expect your order:
Timelines start from ship date. Please allow 1-2 business days for order to be processed.

- UPS Next Day Air (next day evening if order is placed before 1pm PST) - Rates vary based on location
Tracking shows as delivered, but I don’t have my package.
Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, mailbox, and mail room to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also, please ask any neighbors, housemates, concierges, and coworkers (if delivered to work) if they may have received it for you.
Please note that in some cases we must file a carrier claim and a refund will not be issued until the completion of the carrier investigation.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking into your order information. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us backroadsboots@gmail.com & include your order number so we can help you track your order.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love your boots as much as we do! 😊 If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. We offer one free exchange for any clean and unaltered boots exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date on domestic US orders. If you choose to return an item, the shipping cost will be held from your refund to cover shipping and restocking.
*We don't offer returns/exchanges on international shipments. If your order was shipped outside of the US, orders are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please contact us at backroadsboots@gmail.com and we can provide you with exact measurements of the boot you're interested in.
Allow up to 5 business days for your exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse. We cover the shipping cost to send the exchanged item.
CAN I RETURN CLEARANCE ITEMS?
We do not offer returns/exchanges on CLEARANCE ITEMS.
